SPU request for Puntland

Please read the SOP for SPU request for Puntland.

In short, the process is :

  • The NGO fills the form
  • The NGO sends it to NSP Nairobi for validation
  • NSP validates the request and send a scanned form stamped back to the NGO with UNDP in copy
  • The NGO on the field gives the validated form to the SPU commander
  • Later on UNDP will directly deals with the payment with the SPUs line ministry.
